This website is hosted on WordPress via EasyWP. Information you submit through forms on this site is stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, Follow Up Boss, which we use to organize inquiries, send follow-up communications, and manage our client relationships. This site also includes a property search tool powered by Showcase IDX, displaying listing data licensed from the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS); your search activity may be used to help us follow up with relevant properties.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our CRM and hosting providers), and only as needed to provide our services to you.

How We Communicate With You

If you provide your contact information, we may reach out by email, phone, or text message to respond to your inquiry, share relevant listings or market updates, confirm appointments, or follow up on a request. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Contact and search information submitted through property search or lead forms is retained as needed to provide ongoing real estate services and communications, and can be deleted upon request as described below.

If you have an account on this site, have left comments, or have submitted your information through a form on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
