If you’ve been watching Gilbert Arizona real estate, today’s hot sheet brought a healthy batch of fresh inventory across several popular price points and Gilbert communities. A total of 16 new listings in Gilbert AZ hit the market on April 22, 2026, with prices ranging from $429,900 to $1.75 million.

That range is part of what makes today’s Gilbert market update especially interesting. Buyers looking for Gilbert homes for sale saw a mix of entry-level opportunities, move-up homes, active adult inventory, and a luxury listing at the top end of the market.

Here are several standout homes from today’s new listings, listed from lowest to highest price:
